Made updates and couple of rewrites, the guide itself was rather old (while accurate on playstyle and such) and lacked various additions (most notably the way LE changed doctors), and the new improved nanos.

you might want to re-add james to the guide.

also i do believe there is a lot of pioneering work happening atm on trying to get a Dshark on a doc without exploits. i believe mhar was saying that they just a few points short atm.

Want to go for MA doc... i got just the thing you're looking for, shen's doable at 214 just look this setup: http://auno.org/ao/equip.php?saveid=120160 just add 150 fire sprouting tower (22 MA skill), back item wasn't in the database: Cloak of the Reanimated Gladiator (15 MA skill, Mult. Melee 15, Brawling 15), then 146 wrangle, Lesser Controlled Rage (12 MA skill), Martial Arts Mastery (60 MA skill)... so i ended up with 2130 MA skill,1412 Brawling, 1580 multimelee...
ofc max crit setup from now on out...
